back into busy mode

So I have been back into school and working out like crazy, which has left me with little time to write! I went to the doctor this week for a problem I have been having with my knee when I run, she referred me to a physiotherapist who I saw twice last week. Turns out my right inner quad doesn't contract properly which causes me pain while running. So hopefully it won't take very long for the healing process so I can get back out on the pavement, until then I can luckily continue to go to spinning.

Only a few weeks of school left which is insane! It's hard to believe the time has gone by so quickly! A friend of mine and I were discussing how we are not ready to go into "real" life yet and we came across an article of 30 things to do before turning 30. After reading through, only a few things caught my eye, it did however, inspire me to create my own list of things to do before I turn 30. I will be updating it as I think of new adventures I would like to do. Obviously my Korea adventure will hopefully be this summer and after that I think I am going to plan to work and travel in Austalia for a year as I have discovered today that once you pass 30 you can't get a work holiday visa anymore.

Growing up is not so much fun. Independence is great but the thought that settling down to a job and a family means limited ability to do whatever you please is, well terrifying at the least. I am currently too selfish to settle down. There is so much out there in the world I have yet to see and experience. My adventures are only just beginning!

  1. I notice that you have managed a couple of your goals and soon will have more of them. I'm sure there will be tears. Even Jesse and Karine get a little teary eyed(as do we) when we leave.
